Akij Local Viti Sand is a high-grade fine sand aggregate engineered for structural land filling, foundation base reinforcement, and ground plinth raising across Bangladesh. Selected from clean, non-saline inland riverbeds under rigid quality protocols, it features an optimal Fineness Modulus (FM) range of 0.8 to 1.2. Its fine particle arrangement allows for highly effective compaction under floor slabs, preventing future hollow spaces or settling. Screened thoroughly to ensure minimal clay or organic debris, it can also be mixed with coarse aggregate variations for general brickwork mortar blending.
