1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Build 360 website, mobile applications and services (together, the “Services”). By browsing, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.

3. Products & pricing

We take care to describe and price products accurately, but errors may occur. All prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka (BDT) and, where applicable, include VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices, product availability and specifications at any time without notice.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error is identified, or we are unable to authorise payment — and will refund any amount already charged.

5. Payment

Payment is due at checkout unless you have selected Cash on Delivery where available. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You confirm that any payment details you provide are valid and that you are authorised to use them.

6. Delivery & collection

Delivery timescales and charges are shown at checkout and are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Please inspect goods on receipt and report any damage or shortage promptly.

7. Returns & refunds

Most unused products in their original condition and packaging may be returned within our stated returns window. Certain items — including cut-to-size, mixed or made-to-order products — may be excluded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned goods are received and checked.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• interfere with or disrupt the Services or supporting infrastructure;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system; or
• copy, scrape or resell content without our written permission.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is owned by or licensed to Build 360 and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use it only for your personal, non-commercial use of the Services.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build 360 is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you use the Services. Significant changes will be highlighted where practicable.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Build 360 operates, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
